Hugo Toro’s renovation highlights the architecture of the station and restores the sense of grandeur of the original structure, while introducing a more welcoming atmosphere, designed to serve contemporary needs. The design emphasizes openness, material contrast, and a warm, layered interior.

The culinary offer focuses on simple but refined dishes and cocktails, designed to match the rhythm of the place, where travelers pass through between London and Europe.
