Gothic bar

Gothic Bar London, photographed in 2023 by Michael Sinclair, is located in the entrance hall of the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel and was designed by Hugo Toro.

The project references the building’s Neo Gothic architecture in a contemporary way. Velvet seating with peacock inspired patterns, painted ceilings, and restored marble columns define the space.

The overall atmosphere is intimate and focused on detail, combining historic character with a more decorative, modern interpretation. The bar is designed as a place for cocktails and conversation within a historic setting.
